Has safety proximity sensor: Keyence, machine vision: Basler, PLC: Mitsubishi/Keyence, for locating with CNC Machine and also for pick/place duty! 4 Drawer racking system for material/part placement/storage. Prep pallet and workpiece and store in the Pallet Storage Cabinets for the robotic arm to handle-25kg/55lb, 35kg/77lb, 70kg/154lb, 165kg/364lb options to choose from(can customize if needed!). Minimize human operator time with loaded pallets. We can adjust functionality of the system per your requirements. Great Automated partner with 5 axis machines! Good for machine tending, material transfer, assembly, etc. RTU (Robot Transfer Units:7th Axis) is great for saving space and for minimizing Robotic Arm investment-maximizing/expediting ROI! It takes some skill and experience to integrate well! Generally RTU systems are good for 4 or more CNC machines. We can provide Robot Arm on Base or on track depending on your needs. High Diversity of round and square stock enables quick line changing. Picks stock out of rack and places into the CNC Machine for clamping; then picks the finished workpiece and places back into the workpiece holding rack in the T2 module. Robot arm turns the material/part table automatically for removing/re-stocking. Can perform preliminary remote trouble shooting through network connection.
