The 3 D’s of manufacturing, also known as the “Dirty, Dull, and Dangerous” tasks, refer to the repetitive, hazardous, and unpleasant jobs that are often performed in industrial settings. CNC Feeding of Insert for Injection Mold Hybrid System
HS-1 CNC/Plastic Injection
This is one of our hybrid systems: integrating a CNC machine (making inserts to be overmolded in the injection press) with robotic picking/placing of inserts into to the partner injection mold. Next to each machine tool (CNC and Injection Press) is our automated control station for the robotic arms on each side. The right side of this hybrid solution is also available separately to do injection mold tending, picking, breaking off runners and sending to regrind station. We can provide the integrated Automation system with Fanuc Robot Arms to be used with your CNC machine and or Injection Press.
PE-1 Plastic Extrusion Automated Cell
Our Automated Handling Cell can be used with Extrusion System for Plastic /Rubber Forms: Tubes, Bars, Pipe / or with Pultrusion System for Fiberglass or Carbon Fiber Forms. System can also be adapted for handling of metal pipes and tubes. Fanuc LR Mate M20iD/35 provides measuring/cutting/ stacking and weighing of forms. Cell configuration/scale can be customized to meet your requirements.
