Marlin & Sons was established in 1994 in Taichung, Taiwan. Founder Mark Forman initially was doing production control for large US factory (OTI: Berkely/Fenwick). Responsible for expediting the composite fiber fishing rods and golf shafts(over 800 sku’s) and production of the fishing hardware: snaps and swivel production for in house presses. Mark decided to start Marlin to meet needs of overseas customers and developed a rich background in numerous production environments, and related equipment and processes. Marlin Automation’s partner HHO Smart have been in automated robotic integration, modular automated equipment design, and production turnkey modular cell solutions since 2014. We integrate mostly Fanuc and ABB robots with our flexible material feeding cells for CNC machines .  We have numerous pre-engineered designs for flexible material feeding, assembly, 5 axis VMC pallet/tool changing, etc. We have also our own machine vision tech driven systems to provide visual inspection solutions for most production applications. We can also produce your needed equipment design with our experienced automation engineers; both operating software and hardware. We also design and produce custom EOAT solutions as needed for your equipment.

Some of our featured integrations have been with Dupont Taiwan and Dupont Korea for clean room material handling turnkey, NanYa Plastics (part of the Formosa Plastics Group ) for material transfer/handling lines for extruded plastic forms, and Kymco one of the world’s largest manufacturers of scooters, ATV’s etc., for machine tending and material handling/transfer lines.
