Marlin & Sons was established in 1994 in Taichung, Taiwan. It’s principals have many years of technical product development and production experience. Marlin Automation’s HHO Smart engineering team have producing well engineered, economic automated robotic integration, modular automated equipment design, and production turnkey modular cell solutions in Taiwan and Asia, with current development of US market. We integrate mostly Fanuc and ABB robots with our flexible material feeding cells for CNC machines. We have numerous pre-engineered designs for flexible CNC material feeding, assembly, measurement, inspection 5 axis VMC pallet changing, etc. 

We have also our own machine vision AI driven systems to provide visual inspection solutions for most production applications. We can also produce your needed equipment design with our experienced automation engineers; both operating software and hardware. 

Some of our featured integrations have been with Dupont Taiwan and Dupont Korea for clean room material handling turnkey system , NanYa Plastics (part of the Formosa Plastics Group ) for material transfer/handling lines for extruded plastic forms, and Kymco one of the world’s largest manufacturers of scooters, ATV’s etc., for machine tending and material handling/transfer lines. Visual Inspection Systems: Food Packaging Label Verification, AOI for numerous processors of Die Bond, Lead Frame, PCB/FCB, IC, Ceramic Substrate 2 & 3D systems.
