FA-1 Compact Solution

FA-1 is a feeding system that can load materials and work in conjunction with industrial robots. Good for Low Volume High Mix or High Volume Low Mix!
It is suitable for milling, turning, cleaning, and inspection feeding systems and can be used with single or multiple processing machines, depending on the production requirements.
It can be used with various types of processing machines, such as milling machines, lathes, or turning-milling combination machines. The planning mode
can be 1 to 1, 1 to 2, or 1 to 3, providing increased integration and versatility.
It has multiple layers of drawers and a large storage capacity, allowing for the arrangement of workpieces based on their size and it ensures the safety of the workers while the robot is carrying out loading and unloading operations on the other side.
The tray size of FA-1 is 30.75 x 19″ (780X480mm), making it particularly suitable for medium-sized workpieces or for placing quick-change clamping modules. The tray
can still be manually handled by one person after loading the workpiece.

FD-1 Front Entry Type

 FD-1 is a material loading system that integrates with industrial robots. It is suitable for use in conjunction with milling, turning, cleaning, inspection, or other feed systems.

FD-1 can be configured alongside a single processing machine as part of the production operation. It features multi-layered trays for increased storage capacity.

This system is ideal for relatively small to medium-sized parts, often with

FD-1 retains work space for manual mold changing, and its arm can move left and right. The tray size is 15.4 x 12.6″ (390x320mm), specifically suitable for small to medium-sized pieces, maintaining a weight that can be handled by one person even after loading the workpiece onto the tray.

The trays can store different types of work pieces, which can be extracted by the system according to processing requirements. 

CC-1 Enclosed Material Cart Feeding System

CC-1 applies to: Fully automated feeding system for automatic clamping and automatic storage for CNC lathes, CNC mills and other machine tools.

Work center machine. CC-1 implementation:

Automatic exchange of workpieces, automatic workpiece storage space, and production sequencing system management.

CC-1 has: Fully automated signal integration and collaborative production capabilities with the work machine to achieve fully automated processing and production planning and setting.

Z-axis lift can raise or lower material tray for feeding/retrieving level by level as needed
